Third-party licenses

Papyra depends on exactly three packages. None requires anything extra from you.

SixLabors.Fonts and SixLabors.ImageSharp - Six Labors Split License

SixLabors.Fonts handles runtime font metrics and embedding in the PDF renderer; SixLabors.ImageSharp handles image decoding, encoding, and pixel manipulation. Both are Six Labors packages under the same license.

The Six Labors Split License grants Apache 2.0 terms whenever a package is consumed as a transitive package dependency - which is exactly how you consume both of these through Papyra. That grant is unconditional: it does not depend on your revenue or on whether your software is closed-source.

You never need a Six Labors license to use Papyra

The Split License’s revenue threshold only applies to projects that reference SixLabors.Fonts or SixLabors.ImageSharp directly. Through Papyra they are transitive dependencies, so Apache 2.0 applies to you regardless of company size. The only way the threshold could reach you is if you add your own direct PackageReference to either package for unrelated reasons.

DocumentFormat.OpenXml - MIT

Used for DOCX and XLSX output. MIT-licensed; no conditions beyond attribution.

Embedded assets

• Liberation fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1) - embedded as the built-in font family
• sRGB ICC profile - embedded as the PDF/A output intent

Both are redistributable within applications without further obligations.
