Refund policy

If Papyra doesn't fit your project, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount - no forms, no justification required. Write to hello@papyra.rocks from the email address used at checkout, or contact Paddle support with your order number.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The license ends with the refund - the license key from the refunded purchase may no longer be used.

Renewal charges can be refunded within the same 30-day window. To avoid future renewals, cancel the subscription any time before the renewal date - cancelling never affects the remaining paid period.

We'd genuinely rather you try before you buy: the library's capabilities and current gaps are documented in the feature support matrix, and the free Community tier lets you evaluate everything without spending a cent.
