This policy covers the papyra.rocks website and the purchase of Papyra licenses.

What we collect

• Purchases: when you buy a license, our merchant of record Paddle processes your name, email address, billing details, and payment information. We receive your name, email address, and the purchased tier - not your payment details.
• License records: we store the order reference, your email address, and the issued license key so we can re-send keys and handle support.
• Email: if you write to us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.

What we don't collect

• The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no trackers.
• The Papyra library itself never phones home: license keys are verified offline, and your documents never leave your machine.

Where data lives

Order and license records are stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the European Union. License-key emails are sent via Azure Communication Services.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: hello@papyra.rocks. Note that we may need to retain minimal purchase records to meet tax and accounting obligations.
